Refunds/Cancellations
Refunds:

Any unused services are eligible for a refund up to 7 days after purchase. Please notify us in writing of your request for a refund and we will happily refund your purchase.

Requests for refunds on monthly packages will be pro-rated by day and the unused portion will be refunded from the day of the request.

Cancellations:
​
We request that all cancellations be requested at least 24 hours ahead of the service provided. If lesson/pro-ride is cancelled less than 1 hour before the service offered, you will be charged for the requested service. We do understand that emergencies happen and therefore, 2 late cancellations (less than 1 hour before service) will be allowed per 6 month period at no charge. If you fail to attend your lesson/pro-ride and do not notify us, you will be charged for that service.
